Guidelines for shipping
Shipping conditions
Thea species.com offers different shipping methods based on the products you purchase. The shipping method you see in the checkout is therefore set based on the products you want to buy. You will see this before you confirm your order and pay for your order. We work with Posten to ensure that your goods arrive safely, and track all deliveries.
Shipping options and prices:
All ordinary shipping prices apply for delivery to mainland Norway. We do not send goods to Svalbard or abroad.
Collection of goods in the artist's studio - free of charge
- Paid in advance and collected the same or the next working day between 09:00 and 1700 or by agreement.
- You will be notified when the goods are ready for collection - bring a receipt for the payment.
Norway package with tracking - NOK 70
- Sent as parcel post with delivery time approx. 2-5 working days
- Small goods under a total weight of 5 kg.
- You will receive a tracking number by email.
Norway package with tracking - NOK 129
- Sent as parcel post with delivery time approx. 2-5 working days
- Objects under a total weight of 35 kg and a length greater than 35 cm.
- You will receive a collection message when the package can be collected at the delivery location.
- This shipping option applies to paintings up to 50x50cm.
- You will receive a tracking number by email.
Norway package with tracking - NOK 295
- Sent as parcel post with a delivery time of approx. 2-5 working days
- This shipping option applies to large paintings that are sent in roll form and other paintings and drawings that are sent in packaging that has a length greater than 50cm.
- A handling charge of NOK 166 is included in this price due to the design of the package.
- You will receive a collection message when the package can be collected at the delivery location.
- You will receive a tracking number by email.
This is what you can expect from us:
We pack your order and send it the same or the next working day if all items are in stock. You will receive an email when the package leaves our warehouse, with the tracking number of your delivery.
We are very focused on having goods in stock, but ask for your understanding that some goods may exceptionally be sold out. If your order contains goods that are not in stock, we will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery before we send the goods.
We pack all goods in proper packaging so that your goods reach you safely and undamaged.

In case of delayed delivery:
If you have not received the goods/collection notification within 7 days after we have sent the goods, please contact customer service at thea.kiar@gmail.com.
You yourself are responsible for collecting the goods at the agreed delivery location.
If you choose not to collect the goods, so that they are automatically returned to us without notice of cancellation - you will be refunded the amount paid, minus a fee of double the shipping amount to cover our shipping and handling costs both ways .
Return of goods and use of the right of withdrawal
If you wish to return the goods, you must send us an email no later than 14 days after you have received the goods, and send the goods as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after notification of the use of the right of withdrawal has been sent to us. We will refund the amount paid as soon as we have received the returned package. You are responsible for paying the return postage yourself. Defects in goods and complaints
If the goods have been damaged in the shipment, or you later discover a fault with the goods, you must notify us of the fault as soon as possible (within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered). We will then work with you to find a solution with the aim that you will be satisfied with the result. You can read more about complaints in our sales conditions here!
